Plans to build a 126-bed assisted living centre are currently in the works. Located on a 2.3-acre lot at 83rd Avenue and 91st Street, the building will accommodate each resident's healthcare needs. The facility is scheduled to open in September 2007.

The St Thomas community health centre will be located within this facility in 2007.
